Teeth Whitening

A Smile You Can Be Proud To Show Off

After your professional whitening appointment, you may wish to purchase whitening products from our office.

Whitening at Home
At our office, our teeth bleaching products have concentrations of hydrogen peroxide ranging from 15% to 40%. Teeth bleaching products sold in stores typically have concentrations of 3.5% or less. Before the bleaching product is applied by our dental staff, a protective gel is applied to the gums. Whitening procedures in our office often only take one hour and only need to be repeated if the desired level of whitening is not achieved.
There are many over-the-counter products that are designed to be used at home without the need for supervision by a dentist. However, these over-the-counter products cannot provide the same level of whitening strength as the professional-grade treatments provided at The Dental Center. Additionally, the products available in stores take a longer time to garner noticeable whitening.

Restorative Dentistry

Chipped, cracked, and broken teeth can not only affect your overall self-confidence but can affect your oral health. In addition to taking away from your smile, these dental issues can lead to sensitivity, chewing discomfort, cavities, and infections. At The Dental Center, we provide a range of advanced dentistry techniques to restore your smile and alleviate any oral health issues. Our patients are able to choose from veneers, bonding, crowns, caps, bridges, dentures, and fillings

Crowns and Bridges

  • A crown is often a treatment sought after or recommended for many patients. It may be used to ensure long-term treatment durability and/or enhance facial and dental esthetics. Because they look (and feel) more like real teeth, they are most commonly sought for those who have crooked, broken, cracked, or chipped teeth as a way of improving overall mouth health and achieving a beautiful smile. Tooth crowns are placed over existing teeth and are typically a way to cover teeth that have metal fillings or misshapen teeth. Because they go on over what is already there, there is no need for the tooth to be pulled. Teeth crowns are an excellent way to improve a smile quickly and efficiently, and more permanent crowns normally replace temporary ones in less than a week. If you need a crown or bridge you’ll be expertly fitted by one of our specialists. No more worrying that the crown or bridge is going to be ill-fitting or look unnatural.

  • Fixed Bridges may be recommended in persons who have one or several teeth missing, and function to replace these missing teeth. A bridge is a stationary dental prosthesis (appliance) fixed to teeth adjacent to space. It replaces one or more missing teeth, cemented or bonded, to supporting teeth or implants adjacent to space. If you need a crown or bridge you'll be expertly fitted by one of our dentists. No more worrying that the crown or bridge is going to be ill-fitting or look unnatural. Crowns and Bridges are color-matched to either maintain or improve  your smile, using either of 2 existing options, full-porcelain or the more traditional porcelain-on-metal.

Porcelain Veneers

  • Porcelain veneers are thin shells of tooth-colored porcelain that we can use to cover stains or mask flaws such as cracked, broken, or misshapen teeth. Porcelain veneers are sometimes referred to as "instant orthodontics" because they can also be applied to straighten the appearance of a crooked smile. Porcelain veneers are most often indicated to treat the front teeth, to restore integrity and enhance aesthetics.

Dentures

  • At The Dental Center, we offer both full and partial dentures to our patients. Unlike dental bridges or dental implants, dentures are removable replacement teeth. we are using the most modern materials and methods to create our patients' dentures, so they can always be assured of a comfortable fit and the most realistic appearance.

Tooth-Colored Fillings

  • Traditional metal fillings are rarely used at The Dental Center, for the simple reason that it is not esthetic, and although very rarely, can add to existing health conditions. For this reason, at The Dental Center, we use only composite or tooth-colored fillings. White fillings applied less likely to cause tooth breakage like with metal fillings. White fillings are also virtually undetectable which makes your smile healthy and beautiful at the same time.
